Red wine with great personality with fruit and finesse from the Cinsault grape. The wine is soft with aromas of raspberries, cherries, and peppers as well as light spices. Round and delicious mouth with a relative freshness that gives it a round and pleasant experience. The tannins are very melted, but the wine still has a nice consistency and a nice long aftertaste

1 x La Liquiére
Old vines with deep roots offer precious grapes that perfectly reflect the soil. An intense wine that develops red and black berry aromas with mineral notes. Elegant tannins that boast finesse and persistence.
Grapes: Carignan 40% (50-100 year old vines) | Grenache 40% (50-60 year old vines) | Syrah 10% | Mourvèdre 10%.

1 x Cistus
Organic red wine made from grape blend with Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan. Dominated by notes of sweet fruits, chocolate, and thyme. Cistus is intense, concentrated and with tannins that melt in the mouth. A dense and rich texture coats the palate, lifted by a touch of bitterness in the finish, giving an extra length and complexity. An elegant wine.

Grape blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre gives an intense combination on the nose of black berries, cocoa, and roasted notes of aging / ripening. A complex and elegant wine that creates harmony in the mouth, where there are licorice notes in the finish. A complex silky taste with hints of dark fruit. Suitable for duck, marinated meat, tasty cheeses.
