1x Jones (orange wine) – winegrower Domaine Jones
This wine is only very slightly orange in colour. It has creamy custard, apple, pear crumble and hawthorn blossom fruit character with a rich, waxy note. A delightful soft texture and phenolic firm richness.
You can enjoy this wine with cheese or other aperitifs or with meals from the Asian cuisine. Ideal for shellfish and goat/sheep cheese.

1x Éte Indien (orange wine) – winegrower Château de Paraza
Éte indien, in French Indian summer, is a macerated white wine, also called orange wine.  Straight in Yellow apples, acacia, mango pineapple.Good acidity and tannin level, nice against a simple sherry with tapas a la Barcelona. Also an aperitivo or with an apple compote with vanilla sauce.
Grapes: 100% Gewurztraminer

1x Les Nuits De Paraza (natural wine) – winegrower Château de Paraza
Natural wine with a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc characterised by its freshness, its silky tannins and a smooth and velvety texture – no added sulphites.  Expressive wine with rich notes of black fruits. On your palate, the fresh and smooth side of the wine, expresses the natural aromas of these two varietals. The silky tannins go along with the fruity notes.  You can appreciate it with a barbecue, pizza or cheese. It also fits perfectly with broad beans cooked with lard or a lamb kefta (meatball) with mint and yoghurt sauce
