L’Une”: Let yourself be spellbound.
Organic red wine with a colour of deep red tending towards purple. On the nose the wine is complex and delicate aromas of ginger bread and morello cherry. Initially smooth with silky tannins and chocolate sweets and a lasting finish of kirsch. 

Wines goes well with Guinea fowl forestière of Corbières truffles.

The first light of dawn, sparkling on the distant lagoon, confers nobility and majesty to the two personalities of Carignan and Grenache who, in the hollow of a coomb, gaze at each other. For nearly a century tortured branches and tormented trunks have confronted strong winds and scorching sun to provide fruit of incomparable flavour. Hand-picked grapes situated on hillsides at 80m (260ft) altitude with clay-limestone soil.
