Salmon colour with blue highlights. Powerful nose with dominant citrus fruits, peach, strawberry, and white flowers. Very nice balance on the palate where a touch of acidity brings freshness that counterbalances a beautiful roundness. Lou Rosat will ideally accompany summer salads and sun dishes.

Dark garnet colour, purple tints. Warm nose, red and ripe fruits, spicy base. Supple, very fresh, rich and generous on the palate. The sweet fruit is present. A balanced, clean style. To discover on a prime rib of beef.
Grapes: Syrah 60% | Grenache 40%

The golden and luminous finery of this great wine guides us towards a whirlwind of ripe berries, almonds and broom flowers. Let yourself be charmed by a wide, open and gastronomic palate where the fruit is the keystone. A must. Pair it with a fish with herbs or asparagus.
