A balanced blend of red and white wine, and is the perfect combination for winter “coziness” from Château de la Liquière. Organic wine box, where grapes are hand-picked at a height of 150-350 meters, gives you various combination options – whether you want to enjoy wines on your own or pair with food.

Organic wine, handpicked at Altitude 150-350 meters. Manual harvesting in crates, sorting, then destemming. 10.000 bottles. The fruit and finesse of Cinsault. A wine of pleasure and greedy keeping the personality of his schist terroir. This vintage is a tribute to the work done by our parents, their passion. So, today we can work these old white vines.
Ideal food pairing: Mediterranean cuisine, grills, and on its own.
Open 2-3 hours before serving.

Grapes: Cinsault 80% | Syrah 10% | Grenache 10%
Degree of Alcohol: 13%
Tasting Temperature: 16-18 C.

Old vines, with deep roots in the schist, offering a few, precious grapes, perfectly reflecting the terroir. An intense red wine, developing red and black berry aromas with mineral notes. Elegant tannins, boasting finesse and persistence.

Ideal food pairing – goes well with lamb, beef, pigeon or guinea fowl.
Grapes: Carignan 40% (vines 50 to 100 years) | Grenache 40% (vines 50 to 60 years) | Syrah 10% | Mourvèdre 10%

Tasting Temperature: 16-18 C

1 x Les Amandiers – 2018
Pleasant and balanced white wine with instant aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and white summer fruits. Fresh, soft and delicate. The wine is suitable as an aperitif or for fish dishes, seafood and cheese.
Grapes: 30% Roussane ; 25% Grenache blanc ; 20% Terret ; 10% Viognier ; 10% Bourboulenc ; 5% Marsanne
Alkoholprocent: 13%
Tasting Temperature: 8-12
