Hand picked grapes and harvest in small crates – altitude 150-350 meters, in a surface of 4 ha. Production 40.000 bottles. Sorting of grapes as soon as they reach the cellar and most Direct pressing. Cold settling of the juice. Slow fermentation between 14 and 19° C. Maturing in vats for a minimum of 5 months. Terroir : Schist
