Hand picked grapes and harvest in small crates – altitude 150-350 meters, in
a surface of 2.5 ha. Production 11.000 bottles. Sorting of grapes as soon as
they reach the cellar. Direct pressing. Cold settling of the juice. Slow
fermentation between 16 and 20° C. Maturing in vats for a minimum of 8
