Organic wine, handpicked at Altitude 150-350 meters: Hand picked harvest in crates, sorted afterwards in the cellar hand then destemmed. Maturing: By grape varieties, in 500 litre barrels for a minimum of 12 months, followed by 8 months in stainless steel vats. 1 ha, 4.000 bottles.

Taste: In the local dialect “Tucade” is a whim, an extravagance, and is more or less the story of this wine. This rich and complex wine retains all of the fitness of its terroir. “Tucade” will only be produced during exceptionel years. A taste full of surprises.
Grapes: Mourvèdre 80% |Grenache 10 % |Carignan 10 %
Keeping: An age worthy wine, to be kept for at least 10 years.
Tasting Temperature: 16-18 C.
