Organic wine, handpicked at Altitude : 150-350 meters. Hand picked harvest in crates, sorted in the cellar and then destemmend. Maturing : 60% of the blend in 500 litre barrels for a period of 12 month maximum, the rest in vats. A couple of selected parcels are used to produce this complex, velvety wine. 7 ha, 15.000 bottles.

Taste: Dominated by notes of stewed fruit, chocolate and thyme. Cistus is intense and concentrated, with however melted tannins.
Grapes: Syrah 60% | Mourvèdre 20% | Grenache 10% |Carignan 10%
Keeping: Can be kept for up to 8 to 10 years depending up on the vintages. Ready to drink now for those who appreciate firm tannins. Becomes supply after 2 to 3 years and over if you have the patience to wait.
Tasting Temperature: 16-18 C.
